NEW WELL/TANK SURCHARE: All users of the District will notice a new $1.55 monthly charge on their bills beginning in 2023. RVSD will construct a new Madison Well and a 2-million-gallon storage reservoir in 2023-2024 to provide additional storage and source water for the district growth. For more information about this upcoming project, please contact our office.
